Rocky Gardens is a family owned business situated in the beautiful West Tamar at Bridgenorth.  Established in 1991, Rocky Gardens specialises in the production of jams, jellies, pickles, relish, chutneys and sauces.

Our preserves are carefully handmade using the old traditional methods of cooking original recipes in small batches.  We use the finest ingredients that are locally grown and available with no chemical sprays whereever possible.  All our preserves are made without artificial colours, flavourings or preservatives.

The pinnacle of our products is our Homemade Raspberry Jam.  In 2006 it was the Champion Tasmanian Preserve at the Royal Hobart Fine Food Awards - that is THE BEST of all the jams and preserves at the show that year!  It's pretty special - you must try it!
